Beyoncé Knowles carefully stepped out of her custom-designed SUV in NYC today wearing electric yellow stilettos and holding on to Blue Carter. The girls ran out for a midday meeting before returning home together. Beyoncé wrapped Blue in a fur sling and coordinated her own look in a matching sweater topped off with a bright manicure.

We first saw Beyoncé wearing a similar cobalt nail color in February when she made her first postbaby appearance, and then most recently when she attended an Obama campaign fundraising event with Mrs. Obama. It seems even when Beyoncé and Blue have to separate the little one is still on her mind. Hopefully Blue will be able to join her famous mom on the road when Beyoncé headlines three exclusive shows at Atlantic City's brand-new Revel Resort.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart hung out in LA last night with a group of friends, including Shannon Woodward. The couple were reportedly with Katy Perry, who was working on a shoot for an upcoming project. Katy reunited on the West Coast with Robert and Kristen after they all went to France for Fall Fashion Week. Kristen and Robert made the party rounds, while Katy was front row at a variety of shows. Paris also brought a love connection for recently single Katy, who split from husband Russell Brand in December. Katy's dating male model Baptiste Giabiconi , according to reports, and he's even considering a California move to be with her.

Robert and Kristen, meanwhile, seem to be doing great. They hit the town on Saturday night for a concert and were close as ever yesterday. Robert lent Kristen his beloved Orioles cap to wear while they were outside the studio, then offered his hand as they headed back inside.

Charlize Theron and her young son, Jackson Theron, ran errands in LA today! The duo swung by her local post office in Malibu, and a friendly letter carrier even walked her out to her car afterward. Jackson stayed snuggled in his car seat, covered up with an Aden + Anais blanket. Charlize is hanging out on the West Coast with her little guy while doing double the press for two big Summer movies. She chatted up Prometheus with Michael Fassbender recently at WonderCon and also joined her Snow White and the Huntsman leading lady Kristen Stewart.

She also recently revealed what life is like with 4-month-old baby Jackson. Charlize is apparently all about swaddling and recently told Ryan Seacrest, "I didn't think I would be a fan of the swaddling, but the swaddling's pretty amazing. It sort of looks a bit like a straitjacket — you're like, 'Is this child abuse?' — but for some reason they just love it."

Kate Winslet ruled the red carpet at this evening's London premiere of Titanic 3D, held at the Royal Albert Hall. She posed for pictures alongside the movie's director, James Cameron, who's fresh off an exciting adventure. He was near Guam just a few days ago, setting a deep-sea record exploring nearly seven miles under the Pacific Ocean. Kate's main man from the iconic film, Leonardo DiCaprio, skipped out on the event. However, she had the company of another costar, Billy Zane. Even Kate's boyfriend, Ned Rocknroll, was seen sneaking into the theater for the screening. Ned has been by Kate's side for the last few weeks as she jetted around the world talking up the rerelease of Titanic.

On her way into Royal Albert Hall, Kate spoke about seeing Titanic 15 years after it was first released. She said, "[It's like] a home video. It’s like saying, 'We’re going to show three and a half years of your life, live to the Albert Hall!'"

Blake Lively was back to work taping Gossip Girl today in NYC. She was spotted on the set carrying a bright Emily Cho clutch and donning a colorblocked trench coat with pink pumps. Blake took advantage of a recent hiatus in production to spend some time with Ryan Reynolds in LA, but her work schedule has picked up again with GG returning to the CW's airwaves shortly.

Beyond her small-screen obligations as Serena van der Woodsen, she also has a new big-screen project hitting theaters in early April. The movie, Hick, also stars Chloe Moretz and My Week With Marilyn's Eddie Redmayne. Blake's been known to gravitate toward some gritty film roles, including her part in The Town opposite Ben Affleck, and it sounds as though Hick will offer her the chance to explore her darker side again — her character is described as a tough, drug-addicted Vegas girl.
