Diane Kruger teamed up with Ewan McGregor and designer Jean Paul Gaultier for an appearance on France's Le Grand Journal earlier today. The trio, who are also Cannes Film Festival judges, spoke with journalists about this year's competition, which kicked off yesterday with the star-studded premiere of Wes Anderson's Moonrise Kingdom. Speaking perfect French, Diane bubbled with excitement about the upcoming films while Jean Paul critiqued the red-carpet fashion — catch up on all the Cannes Film Festival photos!

Following Diane's sit-down interview she met up with boyfriend Joshua Jackson. Diane changed up her look once again and stepped out in a red dress at a Calvin Klein bash. Josh and Diane cuddled close during the party and seemed to be in high spirits. He's coming off last week's season Fringe finale, and will return in the Fall for the show's fifth, and final, season.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt visited London's National Portrait Gallery this afternoon. The couple checked out the Lucian Freud exhibit before heading out and into a waiting car. Brad and Angelina left the kids at home for this outing, but they did recently see a matinee showing of Billy Elliot the Musical with their family.

The whole crew will soon head south to France, where Brad and Angelina are expected at the Cannes Film Festival. Brad has Killing Them Softly premiering at the event and we're looking forward to a glamorous appearance from him and Angelina on the red carpet. Jennifer Connelly held onto her almost 1-year-old daughter Agnes as she and husband Paul Bettany enjoyed the sun on the deck of the Eden Roc Hotel in Nice this afternoon. The trio landed in the South of France earlier today, with little Agnes in her mom's arms. Jennifer and Paul have two older kids, Kai and Stellan, who apparently didn't make the trip, which coincides with the Cannes Film Festival. The glamorous event kicked off yesterday, and there have already been plenty of celebrities hitting the red carpet including juror Diane Kruger, Eva Longoria, and Freida Pinto. Jennifer will be the one in the spotlight, though, when she attends a special screening of a restored version of her 1984 movie Once Upon a Time in America.

The two gorgeous actresses swapped color palettes from their Berlin photocall, where Kristen wore a skintight red 10 Crosby dress and Charlize was the one in black. This morning, Kristen's mini number had leather embellishments which helped show off her legs. Kristen is really packing in the events ahead of her stop at the Cannes Film Festival to debut her other upcoming release, On the Road, next week.

It's only the second day of the Cannes Film Festival, and we've already seen plenty of stars including Diane Kruger, Jessica Chastain, and Alec Baldwin. Today's premiere of Rust and Bone brought out the film's leading lady, Marion Cotillard, as well as castmembers Matthias Schoenaerts and young Armand Verdure. Marion looked glamorous in a black Christian Dior Couture ball gown after stepping out earlier in the afternoon in a pink dress for a photocall. Eva Longoria, who is attending the festival on behalf of L'Oréal, was also on hand this evening in a sexy white Emilio Pucci following a rooftop photo shoot this morning. Jane Fonda and Freida Pinto rounded out the fashionable red carpet, which is just one of many to come.
