Katie Holmes held Suri Cruise's hand as they headed into an ice cream shop in NYC this evening. It was Katie's second public outing since filing for divorce from Tom Cruise last week. Katie wasn't wearing her wedding ring when she stepped out for the first time yesterday to participate in a taping of Project Runway All Stars at Parsons The New School For Design, though she did have a smile on her face. It seems Katie and Suri are staying put in the Big Apple despite previous plans to celebrate Tom's 50th birthday in Iceland, where he's been filming Oblivion. Tom's since returned to the US from overseas, though he landed in CA rather than stopping on the East Coast.

J Lo has almost two weeks off before she'll take the stage again in Montreal with Enrique Iglesias. The duo will headline the rest of the tour together and are set to perform throughout North America.

Cristiano is relaxing following an exciting end to Portugal's season. His team lost to Spain in the European Championship semifinals after Spain pulled ahead 4–2 during a penalty shoot out. Spain went on to win the championship on Sunday night with Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson among the spectators cheering from the stands. Cristiano has millions of fans in Europe, but apparently Bar Refaeli isn't one of them: she jokingly tweeted about the soccer player's love of hair gel. Irina apparently didn't find humor in the joke and replied back in support of her man.

She touched on her romantic life in the pages of the magazine, opened up about the hardships of dating as a celebrity, and shared her dedication to proving her critics wrong.   • On the difficulty of dating as a celebrity: "Is a guy going to come up to me and ask if he can take me out on a date? Where can I go and have this date? I can't go anywhere! My house, his house . . . So what do you do? I'm trying to be like a normal girl and a single girl . . . but the concept of being single and in my position is just not workable. I couldn't even go on a date if I wanted to!"
  • On her past keeping her grounded: "I may have a lot now, but I'm OK if it all goes. I had everything when I was poor. We always had food on the table. Somehow, my parents made it happen. I felt loved and cared for. I didn't have material things, but it didn't matter. I'm grateful now that I don't have to wake up every morning and worry about how I'm going to pay my bills. But I'm not going to sell my soul for it. I really do know it's not the be-all and end-all."
  • On proving her critics wrong: "I have everything working against me at this point. I am a woman, I'm a child actress and I was on a television show for eight years. But I have worked really hard to prove them all wrong. It's the stubborn side of me. I still don't have a f***ing clue what I'm doing. I'm not confident in my talent, whatever that might be, and I hope I never am. Working this hard is the thing that keeps me sane."

Selena still looked to be having a good time, even without Justin, as a friend threw her over his shoulder and threatened to put her into the waves.
