The family of three marked the festive holiday by watching fireworks together, and Jessica got in the American spirit with a red Wildfox sweater. Maxwell witnessed her first Independence Day at just 2 months old, though she's already been out and about. Jessica snapped a fun photo while they were on a walk around their LA neighborhood last month. It's been a fun few months for Jessica and Eric, and there's even more excitement to come since Jess's 32nd birthday is coming up on July 10.

Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend, Erin Heatherton, hung out on the beach in Hawaii yesterday. The duo celebrated the Fourth of July with friends, including Leo's The Great Gatsby costar Tobey Maguire. Leo went shirtless for part of the afternoon while Erin showed off her bikini body in the sand. They were just two of many stars celebrating Independence Day throughout the country. Leo and Erin are on the islands during a break from Leo's movie projects. He's wrapped up filming Django Unchained and will soon be turning his focus to the upcoming The Wolf of Wall Street. Leo did get to work for an environmental cause lately, though, since it was announced that he has partnered with Fisker Automotive to promote global sustainability.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck took their daughters, Violet and Seraphina, to the Pacific Palisades neighborhood Fourth of July parade yesterday. Violet participated in the procession while Jennifer, Ben, and Seraphina watched from the sidewalk. Ben had his camera in hand to snap the special moments, though he took a break from photography to get a sweet kiss from Jennifer. The foursome was missing their newest member, baby Samuel, during the festivities, but he joined the group later to attend a friend's party. This is the first look at Samuel since his birth in February!
