When I saw Teddy again, I, like Owen, wanted to give her a big ol' hug as well. Upon learning that her friend Megan Hunt is alive, Teddy drops by Grey Sloan to show her support. Now that Kim Raver is officially a series regular in season 15, we'll be seeing a lot more of Teddy.

When she checks herself into Seattle Presbyterian, I felt knots form in my stomach along with an unshakable swirl of shock, fear, and worry.

I ride or die for any TV moment that shows women lifting up and believing other women, and Grey's does this so emotionally and tenderly. "1-800-799-7233" is a powerful episode about domestic violence where we see Jo standing up to her estranged abusive husband, Paul. Although he tarnishes Jo's reputation, her friends at Grey Sloan support and believe her every step of the way as she confronts him.

Someone send help, because my heart is aflutter. I'm absolutely dying over how romantic and understated this moment is. True love, folks, does exist! In a candlelit room, Jo tells Alex that he is her heart and her home, right after letting him see that she's wearing his ring. She soon pops the question, and he gives her a kiss and an affirmative "hell yes."

This is not a drill: Owen and Teddy are cuddling by a window while idly watching snow fall. Look, they're even using a chunky knit blanket for canoodling! Please excuse me as I calm myself from freaking out over the hygge and romance of the whole moment.

I'm not crying, you're crying! (OK, I'm crying because Catherine is crying.) Jackson and Meredith feel reluctant to let Catherine take the fall for Harper Avery's sexual harassment allegations. They decide to dissolve Grandfather Avery's organization and continue its work under the Catherine Fox Foundation.

Grey's Anatomy is a twisty, emotional roller coaster. Seeing Jo and Alex finally tie the knot after a maddening ceremony that involves a wedding planner going into anaphylactic shock and a dead guy in a barn brings a sense of relief, for sure. I'm still misty-eyed thinking about how happy the newlyweds look.

This scene had me crying happy wedding tears at the beginning, then ended with me undergoing shock-induced heavy breathing. In the last few shots of season 14, Teddy helps her patient watch her daughter's wedding ceremony remotely. Then comes the kicker: when the patient asks Teddy if she is expecting, she says yes. I'll only be able to close my jaw once we find out what's going to happen to Teddy in the upcoming season.
