Gone Girl's Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike Strike a Creepy Pose

If you're still drooling with anticipation over the first picture of Ben Affleck in Gone Girl, Entertainment Weekly has a treat for you. The magazine's latest cover features Affleck and Rosamund Pike as Nick and Amy Dunne in a photograph shot by the film's director, David Fincher. The creepy autopsy-themed pose is fitting for the disturbing adaptation about a woman who's mysteriously vanished five years into her crumbling marriage. In EW's article, the novel's author, Gillian Flynn, explains, "There was something thrilling about taking this piece of work that I’d spent about two years painstakingly putting together with all its eight million Lego pieces and take a hammer to it and bash it apart and reassemble it into a movie." Stayed tuned for more pictures before the film comes out on Oct. 3!
