Part heist flick, part comedy, Henry's Crime stars Keanu Reeves as a man who serves time for robbing a bank — a crime that he didn't commit. When he gets out of the slammer, he decides he might as well rob the bank for real. Along the way, he gets hit by a car driven by a beautiful actress (Vera Farmiga) and conspires with a former inmate (James Caan), who helps him hatch his scheme. Oh, and the plan involves acting in a production of Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard, where he sports an unusually pronounced goatee.
If the film sounds somewhat convoluted and silly, it is. That's precisely why I'm interested! I'd rather see Reeves in a quirky comedy over a drama any day (after all, it's kind of hard to take him seriously after this). The majority of you say you love the guy, so will you go see him in Henry's Crime? Watch the preview, and share your thoughts when you read more.
