Dallas Buyers Club's Matthew McConaughey took home the statuette for best actor at the Oscars, and his acceptance speech was one for the books. Of course he mentioned his costars, but then he thanked the people responsible for getting him up in the morning: God, his family, and his hero, who happens to be himself in two years, er, three years? Essentially, future Matthew McConaughey is Matthew McConaughey's hero. He also mentioned that his late father is probably "up there" in his underwear dancing. We're pretty happy he won, if not just because now we get to have this speech for the rest of time.
