New Music Video For OK Go's Song "This Too Shall Pass" From Album Of the Blue Colour of the Sky 2010-03-02 12:00:51

Fun Music Video: OK Go's "This Too Shall Pass"

Anybody who's a fan of the board game Mouse Trap and the band OK Go is so about to have the best day ever: The band has just released a music video for "This Too Shall Pass" from their album Of the Blue Colour of the Sky, and it might just be the coolest video ever.

It's a grandly fun ride, kicking off with a domino effect that triggers a contraption of golf balls, marbles, ropes and pulleys (told you it was like Mouse Trap. Or the opening scene in Pee-wee's Big Adventure). The visual good time is perfectly matched to the rich, upbeat flourish of the song, which, thanks to this quirky video, is my new favorite from the album. Stay tuned for the big finish!

I'm obsessed with this! so much fun. If you watch it on YouTube they have behind the scenes videos too so you can see how they did it.

This is cool but it's a little sad when a band is more known for their music videos instead of their actual music.

It's fun, but I think I still like the marching band version of this video better :)

I actually know the people who designed this video. It's all a single take ... took them 3 days to get it right! It's unbelievably awesome =)
