Just yesterday, HBO renewed True Blood for yet another season, and today, premium cable fans are getting even more good news. Showtime has opted to renew freshman series Ray Donovan for a second season. It's a great vote of confidence, given that the series has only aired three episodes. It must have helped that the drama, starring Liev Schreiber as a high-profile Hollywood "fixer," had the network's highest-rated debut ever.
