If you didn't think Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan made a convincing pair in Cop Out, or if Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg didn't float your boat in The Other Guys, then try this buddy cop duo on for size: Ryan Reynolds and Bradley Cooper. The really, really ridiculously good-looking pair have signed on for an untitled action comedy about two cops in San Francisco who enlist their retired police officer dads to help them with a case.
As my aforementioned examples confirm, Hollywood seems to be keen on cop comedies right now. Personally, I'm a little over the genre, but it's hard to resist a match-up like this one. Both Reynolds and Cooper shine brightest in comedies, and I can see some good chemistry between them. The real question is: who will play their dads?
