Snap Judgments For the 2010 Primetime Emmy Awards

Emmy Nominations: Your Snap Judgments

You've already heard my opinion about the Emmy nominees in the comedy and drama categories, but you all are equally full of opinions on which categories made you cheer and which made you scratch your head. From True Blood to The Big Bang Theory, here are are highlights from around the Buzz Community:

  • "I'm disappointed that there was no acting love for True Blood. Especially Ryan Kwanten, Nelsan Ellis and Michelle Forbes. Her portrayal of Maryann was the heart of season 2! She was absolutely INSANE and was brilliant." — khameel
  • "I literally did a dance for the FNL noms, I couldn't be happier!! I agree, Zach Gilford probably could have used a nod too, but I'll take what I can get, baby steps!" — Idekosky
  • "I don't know about the other categories but if "The Man Your Man Could Smell Like" doesn't win for best commercial, I will demand a recount. . . I'm on a horse." — JustKidding

To see what else y'all had to say, just keep reading

  • "Hope my boy Jim Parsons wins! He so deserves it. It can't be easy playing not only genius but annoying too!" — Datura 2112
  • "Very pleased to see these Breaking Bad noms, although I definitely thought Anna Gunn should have gotten one for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama. Those category nominees are looking a little stale, no? Thrilled to see Mary Kay Place got one for Big Love. She is just phenomenal in that role." — jadenirvana
