Taylor Swift's New Song "Lover" Is So Dreamy and Sweet

Taylor Swift's new song "Lover" is finally here! Ahead of the release of her seventh album, Lover, the "ME!" singer released the title track on Thursday night. Not only are the lyrics incredibly sweet, but we're definitely getting old school Taylor Swift vibes from the melody (think Speak Now era). As if we weren't already obsessed with the song, Swift announced that a music video is coming on Aug. 22.

Swift first teased the track during her Vogue cover story earlier this month and immediately sparked Joe Alwyn engagement rumors with her "borrowed" and "blue" lyrics. The couple started seeing each other in late 2016, and have managed to keep their romance pretty under the radar ever since. The only glimpses we've gotten of their love story is through their cute date nights and, of course, Swift's love songs about the English actor. Listen to her new track above.
