12 Thoughts all Football Fans Have During the Super Bowl
Armchair quarterbacks everywhere always have something to say during the big game, and we partnered with Smirnoff Ice to celebrate some of the most common.
Growing up, football happened on Sundays. Sure there were other nights of the week it was on, but Sunday was game day. Big smoky bowls of homemade chili were topped with lots and lots of cheese (Green Bay Packers fan here), and a win or loss could dictate how the rest of the week would go. Any die-hard fan knows the devastation of crumbling in front of the television over a big defeat, but a blowout is like nothing else — especially at the Super Bowl. Here are the thoughts we all have when hanging onto big-win hopes. Source: Shutterstock

What we really need is an interception.
Thought by every fan whose team is losing at the end of the fourth and looking for some crazy miracle to happen, because even if there was an interception, the point spread is so mega it wouldn't make a difference. Source: FOX
I could have thrown that ball better.
Um, no. No, you couldn't have.
Oh, they can totally come back. They're only down by, like, 10 points in the middle of the fourth quarter!
Yeah, it might be time to admit it's not happening. Sorry.
Good game, right?
