Tina Fey Hosts Season Premiere of SNL

Jesse Pinkman's Cameo, Tina's Monologue, and More Highlights From SNL's Season Premiere

Saturday Night Live returned with a bang this weekend, featuring not only host Tina Fey but also several cameos from Breaking Bad's Jesse Pinkman (aka Aaron Paul). With a Girls parody impossible not to laugh at and a hilarious, glitter-filled opening monologue, it was a really strong first episode for the show's 39th season. Take a look at the most memorable sketches of the night!

Not only did Fey look fabulous in her opening monologue, but she also initiated the six new featured players by letting them be her backup dancers.

Jesse Pinkman made one final appearance before Breaking Bad's finale, making a cameo during the cold open about Obamacare. Jesse told a heartbreaking story about his "friend" from New Mexico who did what any person would do when diagnosed with fatal cancer: he started cooking meth.

Watch more after the jump.

Fey returned to the Weekend Update desk once more to impart some valuable words of wisdom to Seth Meyers's new coanchor, Cecily Strong.

The cast of Girls gets a new member when Albanian refugee Blerta (Fey) turns up. She's got a different take on life's troubles as well as Hannah's fashion sense: "You are weak and soft and dress like baby."
