What Did You Think of This Week's "Grey's Anatomy"?

On Thursday's "Grey's Anatomy," Seattle Grace buzzes with rumors of the chief's retirement, Bailey proposes starting a free clinic, and there's another propsal of a different sort that I certainly never saw coming.

I'll post a recap tomorrow, but for now, let's talk: What did everyone else think of this week's episode?

I expected Burke/Christina but not George/Callie. I didn't like the latter. I'm even more freaked out about the previews for this week. No one makes miraculous turnarounds with Alzheimers. And if she does and gets back with the Chief...I'll stop watching.

I thought it was Ok. I was all dumbfounded by Meredith's " I did not know guys come back after fights", how old is she 5? I understand she may never had a relationship but she has given advice to others in the house that shows she knows this. Other than that, all was good. Rudeness is the weak man's imitation of strenght

The proposals were a bit nuts...

I love Grey's, but was a little disappointed with last night's episode. It seems as though they were trying to do a little bit too much. I was surprised by Burke's proposal and I hope Christina accepts; they do have a weird relationship, but it does work. The rest seemed predictable: Izzy's money going to fund the clinic, the Chief's wife refusing to take him back after he resigns, George's proposal to Callie coming so quickly after his realization that life is short. (I loved her reaction; she has the best stares.) I was hoping Mark was heading back to New York, but it looks as though he's sticking around a bit longer. Just hope that Meredith's mom doesn't make a miraculous recovery (the previews hinted at this) so that she's next in line for a proposal from the Chief. Nah...they wouldn't do that, would they?

Me too Honeysugar. I think it will be a twist and Christina will say yes to Burke, and Callie will turn George down. Style Before Comfort!

SHOCKING!!!!! I don't think Burke will get cut out of Grey's do you? I love him with Christina even though I can't stand him in real life.

You have to admire the restraint: stopping at 2 proposals and not just staging a three-proposal smackdown. That would be jumping the shark. Maybe a trip to the Super Bowl with simultaneous proposals on the big screens. Maybe I should write for TV.

I think that Callie should say no to George (for the time being) because I think so soon after his dad's death he's not completely back to reality yet... he's not back to himself yet. On the other hand, I totally think Cristina should accept Burke's proposal. They have a really weird relationship but for them, apparently it works. I haven't heard anything concrete about Isaiah Washington's job being on the line, just comments that viewers want him to be fired... so as of right now I don't think that any of that fiasco will dictate Cristina's answer. So yeah I guess we'll wait and see for next week what happens. (And I was really expecting Derek to pop the question too since everyone else was.)

I read a spoiler a while back about a George/Callie proposal but I honestly wasn't expecting the Burke/Christina proposal. Since Isaiah Washington's job is still up in the air, I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens. I love the Alex/Addison relationship and hope they keep it going. Since the Chief's wife isn't taking him back, I wonder if this means that he's still retiring. The minute that the subject of Bailey needing funding for the free clinic came up, I knew Izzie would use her money to help her out.

There is no way that Cristina should say yes to Burke. Callie and George maybe. And I was so waiting for them to cut to Derek and Meredith in bed, with him whispering "marry me" to her too. Is Alex just playing Addison, or did they sort of kill that plot line? Cause I wasn't digging that relationship and would love for it to be done before it starts.

It wasnt the most riveting episode. I LOVED the fact that the girls parents were Amish. I knew it was coming but I still thought it was kind of funny. I think I missed something- did they let George go??? I still dont know what I think of double marriage proposals.
