Nitrobezene 7 years Across the Universe definitely. Very original and far out Wicked 7 years Last year I clearly knew Marie Antoinette would win because the costumes were so extravagant and detailed but this year is tough. My guess would be Elizabeth. bethany21 7 years This is a tough one! I chose Across the Universe, if only because it deserved more nominations than just this one. ilanac13 7 years it's always sucha toss up on who should win this one and who does. it's usually some period piece that does though... x_juicyfruit 7 years Elizabeth: The Golden Age. Jessamae22 7 years This is my favorite category!! It always includes my favorite movies of the year (and at least one that isn't nominated for tons of Oscars, ie. Across the Universe)! figurine 7 years I feel like Atonement isn't as much about costumes as it is about Keira's green dress. Anyway, I haven't seen any of the other movies yet, but The Golden Age would be my pick. briggs313 7 years Atonement - God I just loved that green dress! macneil 7 years Definitely Sweeney Todd - I loved Helena's transition from bag lady to pie mistress of London (and I am Helena's biggest fan, but that's kind of like her regular transition from daywear to red-carpet - she always keeps a tiny bit of the bag lady in her most dressy looks). Gorgeous looking film.
