We Can't Believe Who Designed Bella Thorne's Dress

When Bella Thorne walked — or should we say spun — around the blue carpet last night at the Teen Choice Awards, we couldn't help but take note. She looked pretty stunning, after all. Her cornflower blue dress highlighted her hair color perfectly, and she finished her ensemble with complementing jewelry and Christian Louboutin electric pumps.

As she playfully twirled around for the cameras, we had to remind ourselves that the star is only 16. And, we were a bit struck by the deep-V illusion of her summery frock. But, perhaps what surprised us even more was that her custom design was created by Johnny Wujek for Candie's.
