Hi, it's Allison McNamara and you're watching Fab Flash. The White House Correspondents' Dinner attracted tons of A-list actresses and we noticed the stand-out trend for the evening, black and white gown. The White House Correspondents' Dinner took place at the Washington Hilton over the weekend, and some of the industry's biggest stars came out for the political bash hosted by Jimmy Kimmel. Even though ladies like Elizabeth Banks, Rashida Jones, and Kate Hudson went for bold colors, it was the white and black get-ups that stole the night. On the white side, Jennifer Goodwin went for drama in a budget-friendly, white, tiered ruffle gown from H & M's eco-conscious red carpet collection. And accentuates her waist with a black belt. Eva Longoria wore a short and sweet Marchesa dress complete with a high neckline and cap sleeves. She finished it off with black Brian Atwoods. Malin Akerman also went for a lighter shade, choosing a cream satin dress with a front slit and bustier-style top. On the opposite end of the color wheel, some women chose to in black. Reese Witherspoon led the pack of black beauties in an off-the-shoulder Monique Lhuillier dress that shows off her growing baby bump. She went for a retro hairstyle and added in a bright pop of color with turquoise Irene Neuwirth earrings. Charlize Theron also turned heads in a lace see-through Emilio Pucci dress. We love the barely there effect and how it perfectly shows off her figure. Other ladies in black include Elle Macpherson in Romona Keveza and Sofia Vergara in a short stated knee skirt. You can't go wrong in black and white. Which leading lady do you think had the best outfit? Let me know and don't forget to come back here for more celebrity fashion. I'm Allison McNamara and I'll see you next time on Fab Flash on FabSugar TV.
