Christian Louboutin Fights Back on Counterfeit Shoes

Fight On Louboutin

Watch thousands of fake Christian Louboutin shoes get crushed from OnSugar blog C.City.

Christian Louboutin has decided to fight back against counterfeiters with an aggressive legal and education campaign. Last week, it launched Stop Fake Louboutin, complete with a video, that the company's lawyer hopes will go viral. Well here it is: yes, those are thousands of fake Louboutin shoes being crushed. Stop Fake Louboutin also provides information on websites that are selling fake Louboutins and the current status of actions against them. I think it's great that Christian Louboutin is providing this information to consumers, so people can make informed choices.

weffie- what I think you do not understand about designer knock offs is that it's illegal. There is a link to counterfeit and terrorists. And a link to child labor. Disgusting. Fake is not Fashion. I do agree that it looks wasteful. But maybe they are planning to recycle these items.

To weffie: Donate counterfeit goods to charity? Really?! Think about that for a second...

How wasteful... It would have been nice if they could donate the fakes to charity. A woman who can't afford new shoes but could use a nice pair of heels for her job search certainly wouldn't mind if they were knock-offs. Louboutin wouldn't lose any sales and may even gain customers in the long run.
