Christian Siriano Spring 2014
A quick trip to Mexico, anyone? Christian Siriano invited guests at his Spring 2014 runway show to journey to Isla Mujeres (translation: the island of women) for a collection of vibrant prints, sand tones, and raffia textiles. The designer's eye for cool color combinations — perhaps inspired by the Caribbean's colorblock stonework — was evidenced by a green patchwork sheath dress, and his handiwork with embellishments were seen best in the final look, a pink organza gown with fluttering petal appliqués. All in all, it's one of his most wearable collections yet. And with all of the shoes — black-and-white fringe heels, striped pumps, and half-spats — by Payless, even if you can't afford the clothes, you'll surely be able to bring back at least one souvenir from the trip. See all the photos and video of the collection here.
