Vampyre 7 years If it suits me and I'm comfortable in it I'll wear it. jadoremondieu 7 years i think it's all about the wearer and how they do it. I'd like to, but i don't because i can't find a way to make it look good on me. i love wandering around in my boyfriend's t-shirts, though, as he's over 180cm tall and i'm just over 150cm so they always make me feel so cosy. but i wouldn't go out in his clothes! :-D 1stharbinger 7 years I love guys clothes, from sweaters to shirts and jeans cut like guy jeans. But lately I've been girly-ing it up a bit more cause I got a pixie cut this spring and don't want to seem to guy-ish. quiss 7 years I would probably go for the androgynous look if I could. But menswear actually accentuates my hips and bust. So sometimes I play that up but it can cross over into vamp which isn't really what I'm going for. marley11 7 years all the time, i still have one of my dad's old egyptian cotton YSL button down shirts, and it's probably my most treasured top ever, one--because it was my dad's and two--it's fabulous. marley11 7 years all the time, i still have one of mydad's old egyptian cotton YSL buttondown shirts, and it's probably mymost treasured top ever, one--becauseit was my dad's and two--it's fabulous. leeluvfashion 7 years ^IN small doses leeluvfashion 7 years ^IN small doses leeluvfashion 7 years Yes! It small doses it's wonderful look, very sexy chic. Hellena25 7 years Ha ha ha! Diane Keaton, Caterpillar Girl!! :) You're right, too...Diane's hats-to-spats menswear look can be theatrical, and Charlie Chaplin-ish...It can be a little "much" from head-to-toe. Personally, I'd never rock men's dress-pants, but I have been known to make dresses out of their tuxedo shirts and belts out of their ties...I'll occasionally wear guys' jeans and ribbed "wifebeater" (gawd, I hate that word) undershirts and plain white t-shirts Hellena25 7 years Ha ha ha! Daisy6264 7 years I'm too much of a girly girl. Daisy6264 7 years I'm too much of a girly girl. indielove 7 years i love the look, i've never tried it but i would..at least to see if it suits me. i don't have the androgynous look. books-and-shoes 7 years Love menswear! Pinstripes, collared shirts, all that. I mix and match pieces in and wear heels, so I don't really consider anything I wear un-feminine :? Maybe I'm thinking menswear-inspired instead of actual men's clothing? I don't wear men's clothing like that except you know, to bed. jmast 7 years On certain women it can be hot...not on me. Sonnshine 7 years I'm a girly girl! No menswear for me! On some girls it can be nice though. guineapiggin9 7 years I occasionally add a men's tie to a shirt and I LOVE to wear men's hats. Don't know what ti is about the hats, they just look really cute on me. lilprincess 7 years ewwww no... I like looking like a girl... zc 7 years i love htrowing in a bit of a masculine touch, it can be so hot auddie 7 years I had the coolest professor in college who always did the menswear thing. She had a shoulder-length bob and wore these great black-rimmed glasses. She would always wear a buttondown with a vest and tie with trousers. I think she must have gotten her stuff tailored because it was all very well fitted, it wasn't the baggy menswear style. Everyone just loved her; all the guys would go on about how hot she was and all the girls wanted to be like her. tiabia 7 years I love menswear on women!!! I used to wear my fathers shirts and ties when I was younger...also, a mens watch makes for a great jewelry piece...especially when the clothing is simple...adds a large splash!!! vienvien 7 years I'm very girly. I don't shop at men's department for my clothes fashiontoronto 7 years I love the menswear look, but I find I definitely have to girl-it-up a bit as I have REALLY short hair and it can kind of give off the wrong impression! Adding a cute piece of jewelery or swiping on a bright lipstick seems to be in order (for me at least).I agree with "sway", heels and skinny pants are a must when it comes to this look!
