I'm injured right now and looking fierce. I pulled a planterus muscle in my calf and can barely walk but can still look good...I feel better when I look good. One benefit is that you are actually supposed to wear a little heel with this shortens the muscle a bit and helps it to properly heal.

Currently, yes. I walked in the Breast Cancer 3 Day this weekend, and after 60 miles, I have some killer blisters on my toes. I tried pulling on my fab high heeled boots yesterday and they were definitely a no go. Unfortunately.

Yes, I had a horrible ankle sprain over 5 months ago and only until now have I been able to walk decently..My shoes rotate beween clogs, birkenstocks & sneakers...Not fashionable at all with the outfits I'd like to wear but healing my ankle is priority over wearing pretty shoes..

Maybe, depending on how badly was hurt

I can't sacrifice style to heal; if I don't feel I look hot, I'll get depressed and wallow. I need the kick in the butt of a hot outfit to get me going.

Last year I broke my collar bone and my left arm was completely out of commission for a few weeks. It was hard enough to do basic things like showering and changing clothes, let alone worrying about looking good!

Yep. I'd rather heal faster then care about whether my tennis shoes and relaxed clothes are in or not.

I haven't really been in that situation, but if I am ever told not to wear heels, I will NOT sacrifice my style.

Sacrifice style? Darling, I'm stylish even when I'm unstylish.

Hate to admit it here but I sacrifice style all the time. I loved that scene in Mean Girls, lol!
