I do! I'm an fashion editor, market editor, and stylist. :)
I wish. I work for a video production company, so I get to kind of set my own trends up there and do my own thing. But still... I've been there for over 7 years - I get bored.
whoops! (wholesale) i also consider shopping a full time job! :-)
i sell ladies and juniors sleepwear and daywear (whoiloesale) for the past 7 years.... i also owned my own high end sleepwear co. but closed it b/c i wanted a life again!!! :-)
I run my own independent fashion label, small but busy and incredibly time consuming. I design, make the patterns, cut the garments, and personally sew about 50% of the garments I produce. Someday I'd like to have a label AND a life, but right now I'm happy to be making a really good living from doing what I always wanted to do.
My degree is in HR, but eventually would like to make my way into the Fashion industry doing the same. If anyone knows any opportunities, please let me know!!! :)
yep. i'm the manager of TOPSHOP flagship in my country. lov it!!
I was a fashion writer for a while. Now I am a psychologist.
I got my bachelor's in biology and I currently work as a research associate...aka lab monkey. Yeah. I love people watching and clothes watching though, which inevitably lead to this site. Peraps it's proof that you can be nerdy and not so fashionably retarded :p It's hard though when I shop for clothes--it seriously takes me like an hour in one store to find something I like :( My boyfriend has a better eye for this than I do, so I love it when he shops with me.
I work in public relations and one of my clients is a national chain of department stores. I've also worked in PR for Bloomingdale's.
i'm a fashion WORSHIPPPPER. my products can be seen here: http://fashfille.blogspot.com/
I got a BFA in Fashion Design and I freelance in luxury womenswear design companies, but right now I'm working on starting my own handbag collection, coming out next year : )
I work as a Correspondent and Copy Editor for a fashion and lifestyle broadsheet.
I haven't yet, but I just found someone to mass produce my designs and will hopefully be showing off my first jewelry line later on this year.
im working at wet seal right now while im in college and im majoring in fashion retail and management
I have a degree in fashion merchandising and am Assistant Manager of a clothing store. I would love to be a buyer, stylist, or personal shopper, but I need to get experience before I can get these jobs. Do you have any suggestions for me?
i used to be a stylist actually but that was before i finished my college degree - and i figured that although fashion is a passion, i had to do something that could pay the rent. i still miss it though, and all my friends come to me to get advice on what to wear and what the latest trends are
In school for fashion merchandising/business management/ marketing. *sigh* Gonna be a while. In the meantime, I work in fashion retail/management
Working currently at a modeling agency. That counts, right?
I source women's clothing for a major retailer that you feature quite often here. :)
I love fashion but prefer to work in computer systems and cataloging - perhaps some day my work will be within a company focused on fashion. Who knows!
im only 18 but i would like to some day soon : )
yep i do. I'm an Assistant Buyer for Macy*s and it's fun, fun, fun. and the discount at Macy*s and Bloomingdales doesn't hurt either!
just retail fashion right now. eventually i will be a stylist and i'd love to be an art director when i'm much older! or a fashion editor! fashion world, i'm coming!
No, but I wish!!!! My absolute dream job would be an editor at a fashion magazine...Lucky magazine would be ideal ;)
