Chalii911 7 years I think it really does! leeluvfashion 7 years Depends on the outfit. leeluvfashion 7 years Depends on the outfit. pettorini 7 years I think if you have jus the right amount of self confidence, you can almost pull off anything (with the exception of wears things like socks with sandals or green socks with white shoes). peachiepink 7 years confidence can both ruin and improve an outfit. If someone is in a really fab outfit but they're overconfident or snobbish, it can make them look bad. But on the other hand, someone with more confidence can also rock a more unique outfit way better than someone less confident, who lets the outfit outshine them. Hollywoodchiq 7 years Yeah totally. Hollywoodchiq 7 years Yeah totally. Amanda-La 7 years Definitely, self confidence makes you more attractive anyhow. The only thing is, I'm sick of seeing people being confident in short shorts that shouldn't be. I'm 5'6 1/2 I weigh 125 and I don't even wear shorts period because I'm so afraid of looking like some of the people I see wearing them. And that's totally off subject... Lovely_1 7 years I don't know...I have seen soem confident people wear things that make you think "why?"... glam-sugar 7 years Yes! glam-sugar 7 years Yes! lilflowa 7 years i say case by case basis...sometimes an outfit is far too tragic that even the most confident person cannot pull it off jennaboa 7 years Some people can make it work. Others, not so much. Take Cher, for example. She likes to work the buttock-baring, cleavage-to-navel looks, usually with sequins, feathers or both. Not generally attractive, but on her, well, it's still not attractive per se, but it makes you go, "That Cher. She's something else, isn't she?" And we expect it from her. If Cher came to an awards ceremony in a beige suit that wasn't, you know, completely see-through with pasties over her nipples and front bottom we'd wonder what happened to her. Some people make looking ridiculous work. I guess that's star power for you. shini 7 years style always depends on who and with how much confidence someone is wearing it, for example I'd look horrible in punk/goth clothes but for others it sometimes look cool on them.. davie-k 7 years Totally... confidence is the make or break for an outfit! Belowen 7 years Confidence is definately the key in pulling off an outfit. If you feel unsure or awkward in what you're wearing, it's going to show and you're going to look silly! If you feel confident & sexy (no matter what the outfit), it shows! LadyLibertine 7 years good point mizlynz I think confidence can effect what you wear in that you may shy away from certain styles. It does with me than what mizlynz would kick in after the wearing of I also think that sometimes if you do not feel comfortable no matter how great it is, it wont be to you that is how i feel about wearing a lot of color it is meant to look good but I feel better in black LadyLibertine 7 years good point mizlynzI think confidence can effect what you wear in that you may shy away from certain styles. That is a bad outfit. But on the other hand, she has such an unhealthy unhappiness about her that it'd be hard to imagine anything looking good with that pose, expression. mizlynz 7 years I think it really depends on the case. With some things, it's going to look bad no matter how confident you are.In other cases, good clothes, the right ones, can actually make you feel more confident.
