Elizabeth Olsen, Olivia Palermo at Paris Couture Spring 2012

See Front-Row Stunners Elizabeth Olsen and Olivia Palermo at Paris Couture Week

Paris Couture Week Spring 2012 just wrapped up, and the City of Light was bustling with fashion's finest. Trendsetting celebrities including Elizabeth Olsen, Olivia Palermo, and Cameron Diaz were spotted making their rounds at the couture shows and looking fabulous while doing so. It appears that the overarching theme for Spring 2012 couture is ladylike silhouettes made modern via textural intrigue at Armani Privé, puffed sleeves at Chanel, and sheer fabrics at Christian Dior. Watch today's Fab Flash to see it all. On Allison: Jason Wu for Target blouse.

Hey, it's Allison McNamara and in today's Fab Flash I'm taking you overseas to couture week in Paris. Paris' couture week is the creme de la creme of Fashion Week. And A-list attendees have been looking stylish while going from show to show in the city of lights. Elizabeth Olsen, who made an appearance at Sundance over the weekend, looked fabulous in the front row at Chanel alongside Dan Kruger, Cameron Diaz and Vanessa Peride. Set inside a custom Air Chanel jumbo jet built inside the Grand Palais. The collection was full of puff sleeve dresses and suits in blue, black and cream, with stand away necklines and drop waists. On the other end of the color spectrum, Armani Prive debuted vibrant yellows and greens, inspired by reptiles shown via sharp shouldered snakeskin blazers, iridescent skirts and split suits. Notable attendees included Jessica Chastain and Olivia Polermo. And that wasn't the only stop for Olivia. She made her way over to the Dior show. We also spotted Cameron Diaz again, Bar Rafaeli and Anna Wintor. Christian Dior showed iconic and fitted ladylike silhouette made modern with sheer detail. The standouts for us included the gorgeous chiffon organza ballgowns in white, black and red. The theme of Spring 2012 Dior week appears to be ladylike silhouette in structured pant and skirt suit made modern via textural intrigue, saturated hues and sheer detail. We have fall 2012 fashion week starting off in New York in less than a month and we can't wait to see what designers will turn out for next season. Which couture show was your favorite? Let us know. I'm Allison McNamara. See you next time on Fab Flash on FabSugarTV.
