Fab Body Guide: IttyBittyBra.com

Contrary to what Maxim magazine wants us to believe (and achieve), most of us don't have bosoms the size of ripe cantaloupes. IttyBittyBra.com not only accepts small breasts, it embraces and endorses them. Finally! Check out their stylish and comfortable bras, made to fit sizes AA, A, and B. They have signature and couture styles, as well as camisoles and panties. If you've got it — itty bittys, that is — flaunt it!

A friend of mine just went to the Bay Area for Thanksgiving and stopped by the Lula Lu Petite Lingerie store and LOVED it! Her mom went with her and they both bought a bunch of AA bras that she said actually fit. On top of that, she said the sales person really could relate to her, which made the whole fitting process so much more fun (she couldn't believe she was using the word "fun" and "bra fitting" in the same sentence!). I'm a 34AA and maybe one day will stop by Lula Lu if I'm visiting SF. But, for now, I'm planning to shop at their website at http://www.lulalu.com!!!

I agree with a poster above. Bras aren't just about support. They really can be confidence boosting. And after all, how can you find a padded bra to make your chest look bigger if there aren't any for women with small sizes?! It's a total catch-22.

i don't get it. why do you need even need a bra if you are this small? Try finding bras when you are a 32D. Not easy and at this size, your bra actually has to function. It's a mechanism.

Awesome, I'll be checking this out!

I'm not an AA, but I do agree those bras are hard to find. I think it is rude to suggest a A or AA person should have to go braless. Bras do more than support. They can be sexy and confidence boosting and considering how many people on this site disliked Kate Moss going braless (and we know shes flat) I'm surprised how attacking some are. Acknowledging others plights doesn't make yours any less significant. I'd like to see a post for women who are 32 (especially C and up) in general. I am a 32C and I have a hard time finding bras. My friends who are 32D's and DD's say the same thing. When you are a 32 everyone tries to get you to wear a different band size. It is never suggested to a 36D to wear a 38C, but it is like no one actually believes your a 32. Victoria Secret carries almost no 32C's in store, though they are getting better online.

Alright people. There seems to be a problem on both sides. Unless you magically fit into the bra realm of 34A - 40D ... you will have problems finding a bra. I have a different problem... I'm a 34 but my left side is a very flat A and the right side fills out a B. It's a pain in the ass to sit down and "alter" every bra I buy. The moral of the story is that most women have problems finding the right bra and we can't say that one side has it better than the other. The grass is always greener.

I don't think the article is meant to suggest that its easy to find bras in large sizes, just pointing out that us small girls have it hard, too. In my experience, any bra that isn't padded tends to be made of very thin material, which, when you work in a cold office can be, um, inappropriate. While a lot of stores do make small sizes (obviously 34A is widely available) I find that they do tend to gape in front if you don't have quite enough boob to fill it out. And yes, if you are a 32A, you still need to wear a bra...I am very small but like a bra to lend shape and to not nip out everywhere.

im sorry, but if youre a 32A, do you really need a bra? cant you wear like a trainer? im not trying to be mean, but i really dont get it. i havent been that small since i was 11. like other people have said, its really difficult to find bras in larger sizes that dont make me think of my grandma, or a bulletproof vest. im a 32DD, and victorias secret doesnt carry that either. and trust me, when youre a 32DD finding a bra is...important. you dont get back problems, skin stretching, and various lewd comments when youre a braless 32A.

i think it's kind of ridiculous that people are saying it's not difficult to find 32aa/a bras. vs doesn't carry 32aa. and trust me, i've searched -- i'm pretty sure no place does but online boutiques like the one fab listed and http://www.lulalu.com/ -- an excellent, EXCELLENT place if you are small busted! pictures and everything. i haven't ordered from there yet, because they are unfortunately expensive. and yeah, what vs carries in 32a is extremely, extremely limited.

no offense to the flat chested but COME ON! you think its hard to find bras your size? you try being a DD and all you can wear are the boring grandma colors...black, white, tan..all solid. Is there someone out there who make bustier, cuter, and CHEAPER bras??? HELLOOOO...

The only bra that seems to work for my 32A chest is the Victoria's Secret PINK T-Shirt Bra. However 32A's usually have way to much padding in the cup. While I would try the "signature" bra from IttyBitty" they need to change their format abit and update some of the looks. Strapless bra's that fit well are difficult for me to find since the there is too much space between the cup and my chest even though I ordered the smallest size!Ugh.

About how easy it is (or isn't) to find bras for a smaller chest, I've actually heard of multiple people having trouble finding bras. And even though I have more of a medium sized chest, I have to agree about finding mostly padded bras. Even if my chest was actually small, I have no interest in padded bras and that happens to be the easiest kind for me to find. I rarely ever find regular bras that don't make my chest look bigger and kind of fake looking.

I agree sittingonawall. Even Victoria's Secret doesn't offer 32A cups in a lot of bras, like the Glamour Collection.

hk - I have the same exact problem! I've always had trouble with getting things big enough for my ribs but also fitted enough in the actual chest area. It drives me mad trying to find a bra. I have to modify mine to fit properly as well.

Here's a question for you: what if the rest of your body isn't that small? I have a big thick ribcage but not terribly big breasts. Usually larger chest = more fat = larger breasts. I've just got crazy ribs. Just try finding a 38A. Forget about non-padded strapless. I can usually just modify a 36B with a little extra strap in the back but few bras fit right in the front.

I agree fleurfairy! It's very upsetting shopping for an A or smaller and only finding bras that are padded! Just reinforcing that bigger is better! It's frustrating being small in a cleavage obsessed society...if I'm going to try to accept what I got, I want a bra that shows what I got, not what I wish I had! If you other ladies that say these kind of bras are "everywhere", can you please tell me where?

It is not easy finding very small bras, at least here in Germany it isn't. The smallest they have is usually 32A and sometimes even 34A. I have NEVER seen AA cups in any mainstream stores. I think it is so belittling of you two to act like girls/women with small breasts can't possibly have any difficulty finding bras.

Thank you, sarahPUFFY! Finding bras to fit girls with small breasts has neve been an issue. Finding ATTRACTIVE ones that are for larger sizes... now THAT'S an accomplisment.
