Happy birthday, America — and don't forget to scoop up that one extra outfit à la Americana just for good luck. On Allison McNamara: Motel top, Lia Sophia necklace.
Hi. It's Allison McNamara. Welcome back to Fab Flash. Fourth of July is coming up and we've put together some very stylish outfits to keep you looking chic in the heat in red, white, and blue. First, we started off our outfit with a pair of red denim cut-off shorts. These are the Mila cut-off shorts by Rag & Bone. Then add in a little bit of blue and wear with a slightly cropped sleeveless chambray button-down to give it a preppy feel. We like it buttoned all the way to the topper polish. On bottom, we gave it a sporty vibe with a pair of black elastic sandals with crisscross straps from Stuart Weitzman. And then, complete your look with a pair of two-tone black and white sunglasses by Sabre. If you're heading to the pool, this is the perfect the outfit for you, we started off with a really festive bikini, it's a bandeau top, seersucker red, white and blue by Lisa Marie Fernandez. The little tie in the center adds a feminine touch. When you're out and about it's best to have easy no-fuss pieces so we suggest finding a navy romper this one by Girl by Band of Outsiders. It has a cinch waist and buttons down the front too. Keep in line with the Americana feel with a pair of red and tan strappy sandals from Elizabeth and James and then complete your look with a cute raffia tote by J. Crew. This is one of my all time pairings, I wear it year-round stripes and red jeans. So we started off our outfit with a Chinti and Parker organic tee. Love this one, it's very easy breezy, perfect for the 4th of July, and paired it with another one of my favorite J Brand red jeans. These are the 811 jeans, and I personally like them cuffed at the bottom to show off an amazing pair of shoes. We selected a pair of tan and gold ankle strap sandals by Rachel Zoe. To finish off our very minimal sleek outfit, we selected a Jason Wu Daphne handbag for polish. Okay, so for our last outfit we went a little wild. year you can get away with wearing a flag-printed top. But, it is the fourth of July, so I say go all out. We love this one by Equipment, it's a sleeveless sheer top, very sophisticated, but since there's a lot going on up here, we went very basic on bottom with a pair of Current/Elliot jeans. These are called the Beatnik, and they have a nice little cuff on bottoms kind of a boyfriendy feel too. Then, to add in a feminine touch, we added these Tibi flats. They have a cute little bow in front. They also have a snakeskin touch here in back. It's a great way to kind of pulling the whole outfit together. Hopefully, I've given you a few tips on how to show your patriotic spirit in style this fourth of July. I'm Allison McNamara and I'll see you next time on FabSugar TV.
