Hi, it's Allison McNamara. Welcome to FabSugar TV. It's that time of year again. Time for summer vacations and weekend getaways, but sometimes finding a cute outfit to travel in can actually be harder than packing for your vacation. So today I rounded up some travel items to keep you looking sheek at the airport. First up, we have cute and comfortable ballet flats. These are key when you are traveling. I think Yosi Samra makes amazing pairs. The reason why is that they have these really protective soles on bottom and they're also broken out so you can walk long distances without your feet hurting. Another thing is its elastic trim around the top. It's really comfortable, it also doesn't dig into your skin. Another great thing about this pair it's light embossed lizard print. It's very subtle, it will add the perfect pop to your outfit. Comfortable jeans are also really cute when you're traveling. No one wants really tight uncomfortable pants when they're sitting down for a long time, which is why I love these by Citizens of Humanity. They're black and they are really stretchy. So they actually feel like leggings, they don't even feel like jeans at all, which is amazing. And lastly, black jeans are always great to have in your bag because these are perfect for a night out. Just throw on a cute tank and you're ready to go. A big cozy scarf is one of my 'must haves' when I travel. These by Love Quotes are my favorite because they're big, and they're really comfortable, soft. I love the color because if I'm wearing a neutral outfit, it gives a nice, little pop of color to my whole look and a scarf is really versatile when you are on the airplane. You can use it to sleep in for a pillow, you can cover your eyes with it if it's really bright, it serves blanket if it's super cold or if you've got somebody who is blasting the air next to you. All in all, scarf, must have. I love this one by Love Quotes. Next, you need to get your hands on a drapey, lightweight cardigan. We love this one by Splendid. First off, the neutral color is great because it will go with everything in your wardrobe. So not only your airport outfit, but also your outfit when you're on vacation. Another thing is it's lightweight but it still keeps you warm. And lastly, it's great to just wrap yourself up when you're traveling. Sunglasses. Obviously, it's very important when you're traveling and when you get to your vacation. But the last thing you want to do is fill your suitcase with lots of different pairs of sunglasses. You need a good pair that goes with everything. That's why you need to get you hands on these fitting jeans. With the Fairfax sunglasses. I love the cat eyes. They're very stylish and retro. It will go with everything that I said. And you can either choose it in black or tortoise shell, or you want a wild print. Protect yourself against every fashion emergency by always having a backup. That is why this dress by Rachel Pally, this long black maxi dress will be your savior in case your checked luggage gets lost. Hopefully it doesn't but if you do you've got a backup. It's floor length so no matter what shoes you're wearing you won't be able to see them, so it won't matter. And the black dress is really versatile So it will go for any occasion you have planned. If you're somebody who travels a lot, I suggest investing in really nice, high-quality luggage. Mulberry makes some of my favorite pieces. This one, in particular, is a small trolley, it's leopard print which is unusual and very cute and quirky. So it's easy to spot on the baggage claim. But, if you don't want to check it, it's the right size to stay in your overhead compartment. thanks for watching today's travel must have and I hope this helps you head to the airport in style. I'm Allison McNamara and I'll see you next time.
