Karen Walker Cape Sleeve Shirt: Love It or Hate It?

In a world of many tops, this Karen Walker Cape Sleeve Shirt ($407) is definitely unique. Its muted print and flutter sleeves that turn into a cape in the back makes me think '70s bohemian...or of something Kate Hudson might wear. Thoughts?

I love it - except I'm not crazy about the print - maybe in a solid color or even a colorful print would be really different and cool...

Yeah I dont really know how I feel about it. I vote no. Whats wrong with the back...it looks like its not quite sure what it wants to be. Im confused as well.

It looks vintage because my grandma would wear it! It makes a woman look like an old lady.

.... if only it weren't ridiculously expensive.

I LOVE IT. I think the cape sleeve look can be hard to wear without looking too out there, but this piece is so wearable and fun!!

so vintage love it also loving how forgiving these sleeves can be for girls who aren't 100% happy with their arms

That is so ugly! I wouldn't spend $7 on it never mind $407

It's beautiful- very 1940s.

It's great for us girls that have larger arms, I use to body build and I still dance and ice skate so I'm pretty muscular and toned and those skinny armed blouses just don't fit. I love this, it looks so comfy, but, the price has got to go, I can't wait till they do some knock-offs, I work hard for my money and love pretty things, but, $400 for a blouse is way out of budget. meow

I'm not so much feeling it on the model. But I would put a different twist on it.

I really like it. It reminds me more of the forties than the seventies, though.

It's cute from the front, but I hate that ruffle on the back.
