Is there anything more elegant than simplicity? For their Resort 2014 collection, Ken Kaufman and Isaac Franco created easy-to-wear pieces with decidedly clean lines. A number of dresses, like a few strapless white shifts and a lime green gown, were accented at the waist with metal belt buckles. But other than those accents, decoration here was kept to a minimum — cut and color did most of the talking. Perhaps the most intricate pieces in the collection are a pair of trousers with a cutout pattern and a column dress covered in square sequins. But even those pieces have sharp, lean lines that are sure to appeal to this brand's celebrity clientele and real women alike.
