Lauren Conrad Kohl's Collection 2010-03-09 13:00:22

Sneak Peek! LC Lauren Conrad, Spring '10

Look what we have here — Lauren Conrad's Spring '10 collection for Kohl's! Unlike her former Lauren Conrad Collection, LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl's is affordable and truly mimics Lauren's sweet California aesthetic. One of the standouts is this LC Lauren Conrad Ruffled Dress ($40, originally $60), modeled by Lauren herself.

In one word: darling; flutter sleeves, ruffles, romantic prints, sheer fabrics, light hues. But there's a tough side to this story as well; sharp blazers, shredded jeans, liquid leggings, and grays also play a part. Check out the rest of the Spring line below, then take home your favorite LC Lauren Conrad pieces.

Some of the style are nice - w. something like this I would have to see how it holds up on person - you just never know how things will look or be made until in hand and I don't have hard earned $ to waste nowadays.

I really hate LC and I hate how she or whomever designed that gorgeous dress ripped off Phillip Lim's design...but I'm still going to buy it. I know that sounds really bad but the truth is that I can't stand how expensive the original design is. I actually saw a few pieces from her Fall collection and, even though nothing really flattered my body and it pained me that it had her name on it (whether or not she actually designed any of it), I really liked a lot of them. I will definitely be checking out this collection as well...

Yes she did rip off that yellow dress she wore last year...but I don't really care because it is/was stinking cute and I'll never afford the real thing. Fab, do you know when this line is available?

Lauren always looks great. the clothes are cute but nothing you can't find at forever 21; so hopefully the price tag won't be too absurd

I was going to say the same as one of the comments above!!! LC previously wore a yellow dress/tan strappy shoes to an event. It's one thing to be inspired by a designer, it's another thing to just completely copy off of the design and call it your own. Maybe for those who don't follow fashion, yes, that would be a pretty dress. But for those who do, it's a little disappointing. A little creativity, Miss LC. Although, I must admit...I do like the asymmetrical gray dress. That's pretty and she's pretty. :)
