Salvatore Ferragamo's resort 2013 show attracts a star studded crowd. Hi, Allison McNamara here. Welcome back to FabFlash. The resort runways are in full swing and one of our favorites, Salvatore Ferragamo, took place yesterday at the Louvre. This is the first fashion presentation to ever take place in the famed home of Leonardo Di Vinci's Mona Lisa in Paris. Among the front row attendees include Karolina Kurkova, Leighton Meester, Freida Pinto, and Hillary Swank, who were all dressed in their Ferragamo best. Freida PInto, Hillary Swank, and Karolina Kurkova were all ladies in black from the designer's fall 2012 collection. Hillary chose a chiffon sheer lace dress trimmed in gold, giving the outfit the perfect amount of shimmer. She went for the full runway look, wearing the same Ferragamo strappy sandals and swept-back hair. Freida Pinto also went for a textural LBD. With embroidered detailing, sheer sleeves and a velvet neckline. She kept her look classic with satin pumps, swept-back hair, and silver drop earrings. Freida is a big fan of the brand and recently wore Ferragamo in Cannes. Super model Karolina Kurkova also clearly got the memo and wore a black dress with loads of texture. The off the shoulder ruffled neckline, sheer sleeves and waist, and satin skirt made this LBD anything but boring. There was even a hint of metallic sparkle at the top. She accessorized with a gold choker with large black stones and strappy gold and black sandals. Leighton was one of the few who actually went for color at the show, choosing an equally textural red up with metallic touches. The off-the-shoulder, sheer blouse has a boho feel that juxtaposes nicely against the striped, fitted pencil skirt. Bronze peek-toe heels by Giuseppe Zanotti, a matching burgundy lip and simple gold earrings polish off her front-row-worthy ensemble. Salvatore Ferragamo's resort 2013 collection highlights lattice leather dresses, skirts and halter style tops. And fringe was in no short supply, covering everything from hemlines to handbags. So, who's front row outfit did you like best? Let me know below, and make sure to come back here for all the latest celebrity fashions. I'm Alison McNamara and I'll see you next time.
