Fourth of July weekend is a weekend that consists of many events and gatherings — from parades to family barbecues to beach bonfires to fireworks — the list goes on. It's also a weekend to show off your reds, whites, and blues. Whether you will be attending a lot of gatherings or just a few, here are some looks and tips to inspire you for the Fourth.
1. Casual Chic Day Events
This outfit is one I would wear during the day to the parades, the beach, or the barbecues. It's very lightweight, so it's perfect for the hot Summer sun. The striped shirt also gives the outfit a bold statement without being too loud. Incorporating red and white stripes to an outfit is also a plus.

2. Formal Fourth Events
This outfit is more dressy. It's great for any July 4 formal event like a cocktail party or after-party. I would recommend pairing a light, flowy top with a skirt to help combat the Summer heat.
3. Off to the Fireworks
This outfit is one I would wear to evening events, like the fireworks show. The long sleeves will give some warmth especially if you live somewhere that gets cool at night (otherwise a cami or crop top works just fine). Wearing sneakers will keep an outfit looking casual but chic. Plus, sneakers are great especially if you'll be doing a lot of walking. Adding accessories to an outfit will also give it texture and some extra oomph.
