Ciao, Italia! Milan Fashion Week wrapped up, and more than anything there seemed to be a sense of joy that pervaded the collections. Designers played with textures — plastic, raffia, crochet, and fringe — and revisited retro silhouettes like full skirts and cropped tops. There were playful car prints (Prada) and vegetable prints (Dolce & Gabanna). There was bold color. And there were a few trends that were new to Milan; others we first saw arise in New York and London. Before you turn your eyes to Paris, check out our favorite trends from Milan.
