If you thought Miley Cyrus had any plans to take a break anytime soon, well, she can't stop, won't stop! Appearing on the October cover of Harper's Bazaar in a sleek Burberry Prorsum dress, the twerking singer opens up in the issue, which hits newsstands on Sept. 24.
Miley poses for Terry Richardson in Saint Laurent by Hedi Slimane (below) and muses on her much-discussed ensembles: "I feel like every girl is trying to have a beauty shot and prove that they're 'fashion.' But I can be in white leggings and a white sports bra and I'm on a whole other level of shit that those girls don't even get yet because they don't know how to do it." Want another reason for her out-there styling, plus Miley's take on her image-shifting haircut? Then you can't stop reading!
"I was an adult when I was supposed to be a kid," she said to the magazine. "So now I'm an adult and I'm acting like a kid."
And of her head-turning short chop, Miley told Harper's Bazaar, "It changed everyone else's life more than it changed mine."
