NAACP Image Awards: Taraji Henson

Let's kick off the 40th Annual NAACP Image Awards with Taraji Henson. The actress stepped onto the red carpet in a chartreuse gown that has thick straps and an interesting tiered bottom. Chunky gold jewels and a matching gold clutch complete the look. Do you love it or hate it?

The matchy eyeshadow is OTT. The dress is interesting, but I'd have been all for it had it stopped just below the knee...the drape-y bits at the bottom to me say "This was way too long but I didn't have a sewing machine, so I improvised".

A bold color and a bold sweep of eye shadow. The lady is brave and beautiful.
