On Our Radar: Figleaves Launches Ecofriendly Lingerie Department

Lingerie purveyor Figleaves.com is getting into the eco mood: They recently launched Greenleaves, an entire department devoted to stocking green bras, undies, camis, and even stockings.

Just because the lingerie is environmentally friendly doesn't mean it has to be dowdy, too. In fact, you'd never know that this Chantelle padded balcony bra ($76) was made out of bamboo fabric, except oops, I just told you!

That is such a cute bra, but there's no way in hell I'll pay $76 + Canadian conversion rates + shipping for it. I bet it's comfy, though.

So tell me how can a bra made out of bamboo fabric cost 76 if the plant is supposed to be really cheap to produce since it can grow almost anywhere in no time and in big amounts? I will def stick to my cotton undies.
