I don't remember the pointy toed heel's place in the last 30 years, but I will say that I grew up in the 90's and 00's hating pointy heels and only liking rounded toe - as well as seeing that style dominate the red carpet. However, I agree that it has not been obselete for a while, and it's not my favorite style...

I'm with James...that's all I remember owning in the early 2000s. I've still got a couple pairs. And I always thought the pointy black pump was classic work attire these days.

I'm not getting the first sentence. Pointy toe heels were ALL ANYBODY WORE in the early 2000s. Was I the only one noticing?
