Simply Fab: ZipHolder

XYZ — PDQ! Remember that? (Examine your zipper — pretty darn quick!) I've been in that situation more than once and let me tell you, it's not cool to have your date tell you your zipper is down. I present to you the magical ZipHolder ($8). This contraption discreetly connects the zipper to the button on your pants in one swoop. Easy!

I used to use a rubber band to solve this problem but sometimes it would peek through so i started using an extra key ring that fits over the button. works like a charm and it can go through the laundry too.

This is such a great idea. I have an old pair of jeans that I have worn for years and the zipper would only stay up with a safety pin so I am glad that someone thought of a solution to this!

I'm totally going to use a drug store elastic for this one pair of jeans I have that are slightly too big and the stupid zip falls just a little but it drives me crazy!

yeah, I just use a safety pin - if ths was cheaper I would get a bunch, but $8 for a piece of elastic?! they're crazy...

love this, don't know why no ones ever thought of it before! However I'm with chellybean, so many other ways of doing this that won't cost you a dime.

my zipper never randomly comes down, the only time my zipper is down is when i forget to zip it up so the band would not solve that problem for me

it's a great idea for when the zipper just falls, but you still have to remember to zip it up after three glasses of wine, and you're talking on your phone in the bathroom stall. :)

like other posters said, just use a regular drugstore elastic.

for $0.02 of elastic you could make the same thing.

I used to do this with my little black hair ties when my zippers no longer functioned correctly :)

I love this! Yes, I hate to admit it but I have experienced it. This would be great!

Or you could just use a rubber band...safety pin...? I haven't had this problem is years.

Great idea! I have some pants where for no good reason (they're not too tight or anything), the zipper will just unzip. I love the pants, but I had to give up wearing them. This would have saved them from the donation bin!
