It depends on how bad the event was...if it was something terrible or tragic, no, I probably wouldn't wear the outfit again.

I gave away the dress I wore to my brother's funeral and can't bring myself to wear the dress from tia's funeral either.

I do this and I hate myself for it. I'm not really superstitious, but once something bad has happened in an outfit I really have to talk myself through wearing the same pieces.

it's the weirdest thing, but i won't go near the black top i was wearing when i got into my accident a year ago. i also haven't my white joie dress when i found out my dad had to go in for triple bypass- even though the surgery went smoothly!

If something bad happens in a specific outfit, I go through an aversion phase that may last from a few weeks to a few months to who knows. Once the memory's far enough in the past, however, I'm fine with the outfit again .....so long as it's not outdated by then

I haven't worn the c&c california tank I was wearing when my boyfriend and I broke up two years ago since that day, even though we got back together a few weeks later and have been together since. That is the only piece of clothing I have done something like that with.

it depends on how bad it was...i mean, if i'm wearing jeans there's a huge chance i'm gonna wear them again, but shirts and accessories and stuff...they might have to go by the wayside.

I seem to do that more with accessories instead of entire outfits; i.e. unlucky earrings or a scarf.

I'm not gonna lie - I do this all the time.

yes , I would wear it again. Special if it was a nice outfit. Can't let that go to waste in the closet.

I'm not superstitious, so it wouldn't occur to me. Although i do associate that Jewel song about her hands being small with a car accident, because that song was on the radio when that lady ran into me. I have no idea what i was wearing that day.

I do have this one big sweater I always wear when I'm feeling down or something bad happened... It comforts me... I would never throw away clothes...

Of course I'd where an outfit again. Well unless I was wearing a wedding dress and was stood up at the alter.
