The piece: Topshop Wheel Lace Crop Dress
The price: $96
Why we want it: Maybe it's because picking out an Easter dress was always such a big deal when I was a kid, but to this day, I still love shopping for a feminine Spring frock that's just the right amount of conservative for Sunday brunch but not so stuffy that people wonder if it was a gift from Grandma. This year, I am set on this bold canary-yellow Topshop number. It's not your typical A-line, full-skirted silhouette. It's got a cool crop-top vibe without showing much skin. The color is sweet yet punchy, and whereas lace often feels more traditional, this pattern seems more fun. And, best part: it's even following the age-old fingertip-above-hemline rule, which means it's perfect for church but could just as easily pinch-hit on date night. Happy Easter indeed!
