Trend Alert: Pointed Toe Flats

You went gaga over the lovely pointed toe pumps I featured not too long ago. So my question is: do pointed toe flats have the same effect? When I look at these I see ladylike, flirty and sophisticated. But I always have the slight feeling when I'm wearing a pair that my feet look really long, almost witch-like. Maybe that's just my foot neurosis. Do these make you swoon?

Not at all! Yes, heels will make you look longer and therefore leaner, but petite gals can still totally rock flats. I love this article by my friend Sara: How to Highlight Your Unusual Features http://fashion.thebargainqueen.com/2007/05/how-to-highlight-your-unusual-features/ She basically says to emphasize features that those magazines call "flaws".

Because I have really small feet, I don't think that pointed toe flats make them look big. I really like pointed toe flats, just not any of the ones pictured in this post.

Point flats are way more comfortable than pointy heels.

I'm not a big fan of pointy toes whether as flats or pumps, but maybe it's because I wear a lot of skirts and dresses. They definitely look better with slacks. Personally, I love ballet flats.

huge flats fan, but i like the round a lot more, since they look "cute"-- and thats what i look for in a flat. but in a heel, pointy rocks. :)

I don't like anything dramatically or severely pointy in either heels or flats. I only round toes and almond shaped toes.

Personally, I don't like the pointy toe flats. ON heels its fine, but not on the flats.

Love them! I wear heels more often, but I do wear flats a lot lately. They're cute AND comfy.
