Urban Outfitters Silk Flower Headwrap: Love It or Hate It?

Urban Outfitters at ShopStyle

Urban Outfitters listed this Silk Floral Headwrap ($18) as one of their must-have items of the season. I like the idea and it lends a certain je ne sais quoi, but it's a bit costumey. Do you think I should I add this to my 10 Fall essentials?

i think that it's a great look but i don't know how wearable it is. for myself - i can't go to work with that and i don't know if i would feel comfortable going to a bar like that, but i still love the look.

its sooo Zooey Deschanel. Totally cute. Especially if it were worn with something a little edgy, to take the overtly bohemian vibe away from it.

It looks like something you would pair with a flapper costume for halloween. I personally would never wear it, I don't like the headwrap/headband phase, makes me think/feel like blood is being choked from my brain. But wearing headbands normally is fine.

i don't know how i'd wear that, plus the flower does look pretty tacky.

I bought this is black- I wear it as a straight-up headband with the flower on the side and it's really cute. It would have never occurred to me to wear it like this.

Sorry fab, but that silk flower headband is just large and tacky.

I bought this a few weeks ago. Haven't worn it yet, but I will! The elastic band is pretty loose though. The model must have a big head.

Very cute. I'm not sure about this particularly, but you definitely need some kind of hair accessory in your list of fall essentials!

while I might try it, I would NEVER pay $18 for it - it's called going to the crafts store, picking up a flower ans some leather string!

My first thought... Meh. On second thought, it is completely unwearable. Thin elastic bands never do good things to hair or foreheads.

I really don't know why, but I love it....the black is looks much better than the creme one though!

i think if it was worn further back, like IN the hair, headband-style, it could be very very cute. it's not an essential, but it's boho and i wouldn't want to rip it off someone's head if they wore it.

I think if you move the band so that the flower is in the back it will look like a hippie band and it will be pretty.
