The British Fashion Awards attracted a slew of fashionable attendees including Victoria Beckham, Alexa Chung, Olivia Palermo, and Kate Moss. Sarah Burton — who had quite the year designing Kate Middleton's gown for the royal wedding — won the Designer of the Year award for continuing Alexander McQueen's vision and legacy. Stella McCartney took home the Red Carpet award, and it's no surprise considering her huge celebrity following. Her pal Kate Hudson even presented Stella with the award. Hey there! It's Allison. It was all about fashion at the British fashion awards last night. And Victoria Beckham, Alexa Chung and Olivia Palermo came out to show off their trend setting styles. It's all in today's Fab Flash. The British Fashion Council named Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen Designer of the Year, and it's no surprise since she's expertly continued the McQueen legacy after his passing, and also designed Kate Middleton's gorgeous gown for the royal wedding earlier this year. Victoria Beckham, wearing one of her own designs, a sleek slack cowl-neck dress, received the Designer Brand Award and posed for photos alongside legendary designer Marc Jacobs. And Alexa Chung didn't go home empty-handed either, winning the British Style award for the second year in a row. And she definitely looked the part, in a sea foam Christopher Kane sheath dress, with a tiered embellished top. Alexa always puts her quirky cool spin on every ensemble. and last night she did it via black cat shoes by Charlotte Olympia. So cute! Olivia Palermo chose an intricate Matthew Williamson mini-dress with fringe and cut-out details known for mixing unexpected patterns, she added intriguing black and nude top shot booties. fashion soiree without Kate Moss who wore body-hugging fishnet dress. Stella McCartney, a red carpet favorite of celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston And Kate Winslet was presented the red carpet award by her long time pal Kate Hudson.
