>> As part of the Pitti Immagine tradeshow in Florence, Gareth Pugh made his Italian fashion debut this evening — he worked with frequent collaborators, filmmaker Ruth Hogben and model Natasa Vojnovic, to produce the above film, which was projected on the ceiling of the 14th-century Orsanmichele church. Inspired by religious iconography and the city of Florence, the collection created specifically for the occasion incorporates color — the first time ever for Pugh — like gold and blue. A peek at the clothes, not in motion, can be seen here. [SHOWstudio]
