Holiday parties are right around the corner and finding something to wear for every occasion can be a challenge and a little pricey. Crimson colored dresses were all over the red carpet. On celebrities like Gisele Bundchen, Emma Stone and Sophia Vergara. And grace the runways at Gucci, Lanvin and Diane Von Furstenberg. So on this episode of Ways To Wear, I'm going to show you how to wear a classic red dress three totally different ways. We're here at Bloomingdales in Santa Monica and the canvas for all our looks today is this red dress by Aqua. The cut is so flattering on most body types, and the silhouette is timeless, so you can wear it year after year. For our first look, we wanted to make the red dress a little more casual so we layered on a sweater and a denim jacket, but we still made it holiday party appropriate with festive accessories. We added a sparkly necklace to elevate the sweater and then we played with patterns using the leopard bootie and a polka dot clutch. Remember, holiday parties are the time to have fun. For our second outfit, we went for a more traditional holiday party look. We're cinching her waist with a snakeskin belt which is so on trend this season and to draw attention to her smallest part. Then we layered on a pair of opaque tights and black suede booties to elongate and streamline the leg. And then we kept the shoulders bare just to balance out the entire look and finished it off with a sparkly cocktail ring. For our last look, we really wanted to amp up the glam and what better way to do that, than with fur? This jacket is great because it's cropped so it shows off her figure, and the camel really compliments the red. We continue the lady like vibe with sparkly accessories and finished off the entire outfit with a classic mary jane. So invest in a classic red dress and use these styling tips to make the most out of it this holiday season. I'm Allison. See you next time.
