JKe895 8 years Not always. I have some items that were less than $10 that I wouldn't do without and they look awesome (one is even a purse)! Then there are my other more expensive items that look awesome and are of great quality that I wouldn't live without. I guess it all just depends. cubiclequeen 8 years Fab finds can be made on the cheap. You've got to have an eye for what works and how well made it is. Most of my jewelry, like brokenbracelet, comes from places like Icing, Target, Claire's, and even Overstock.com. I really think you can hone a keen eye for inexpensive accessories. renaimarie 8 years I actually buy most of my jewelry from indie designers. It's always unique and put together so nicely, as well as generally being in the lower price range. brokenbracelet 8 years I love stores like Claire's and Icing and places like that for trendy jewelry.....now that I think of it, I don't have any "real" jewelry!! So sad lol nati 8 years i splurge.... addicted to accessories mdbzmom 8 years I go cheap as often as possible with trends. Melissa Rae: I'm glad to see I'm not the only Payless shopper!!! I actually love thrift stores. You never know what you might find. MSgirl 8 years Quality is important when it comes to shoes and handbags, but as for accessories, I go cheapie when it's something trendy and splruge on classics that I know I'll have for a long time anaisethenry 8 years I have a pair of earings I bought at a 99 c. store that look fabulous, everyone thinks they are real! It was a very lucky find, but I love them. Nikki la_clique 8 years I agree with glam. la_clique 8 years I agree with glam. Melissa-Rae 8 years Some of the cutest stuff I own I've found at the totally cheapo stores. I get compliments on them all the time (payless shoes!) and when I tell people where I got them, they don't believe me! I never limit myself to certain stores or labels when it comes to clothes and accessories. sofi 8 years funny- glam sugar I just read your comment and realize that I basically requoted your "classic vs trendy stuff". So true, though. I can't bear to pay too much for something I'll wear one season. sofi 8 years No way- I like to mix it up. I'll spend on classic pieces but go for cheaper trendy stuff. I had fun the last few months ordering cheap jewelry and hair accessories form forever21. They have some cute stone/bead necklaces and bracelets in fun colors. I wish H & M would sell online already- I can never get over there. addicted2pop 8 years Doesn't have to be expensive - there are cheap accessoires that can look like million dollars - apart from handbags though:) .. glam-sugar 8 years It depends on how it's made. Some expensive stuff is made very poorly and vice versa. I do tend to spend more money on classic pieces and less on trendy stuff. Kaciegrrl 8 years I tend to splurge more on accessories than clothes, especially bags and jewelry. Return the shoes? I can't talk to you when you're hysterical. I almost always buy my jewelry from H&M, New Look, Target, and in the Macy's sales ... BUT you do have to be careful because some cheap jewelry/bags look just that: cheap. So you have to have a trained eye (I take along my mom hehehhe) ritaw 8 years I just bought 8 necklaces from H&M, they are about $5 each...and it works good enough with all my outfits!
