One of the total steals are in those two countries! Real cheap! reese05 7 years shopping items from where i vacationed makes me reminisce when I get home and also I have to buy stuff for friends and family as souvenirs. mlmoreno47 7 years I love shopping on vacation because I always find interesting pieces I wouldn't normally find at the same old stores back home! books-and-shoes 7 years I love to shop on vacation but it is not a priority. It really just depends on the budget for that particular trip. leeluvfashion 7 years Yes, shopping is a key part of the fun. zc 7 years depends where you go, if youre somewhere known for great shopping then yes, otherwise no. Meg1010 7 years I get at least one item of clothing/accessory in every city I hit. It makes for a unique wardrobe, and you remember your trip every time you wear it! kstraw23 7 years totally depends on where i am, especially if the exchange rate is in my favor ;) i came back from the middle east with all sorts of amazing stuff, and for SO much cheaper than i would have found anything here! Pepa 7 years I wasn't on holidays for so loooong... But I love to shop souvenirs. And sometimes clothes too. :) gruaig_rua 7 years Oooh I love to shop when I'm on holidays! And the things I buy always remind me of that trip Loreal25 7 years Definitely depends on where the vacation is. My major priority when on vacation is to relax and do some sightseeing. But I almost always end up finding some store and doing some type of shopping. sweetheart_450 7 years No. I'd much rather spend my time doing something like sight seeing. SassAndBide 7 years only if i like something there..but its not #1 on my list, i prefer enjoying where im @ my most recent vacation to santa barbara sure had lots of good shops though mommie 7 years I'm usually up to shopping anywhere if for no other reason to see what the area has to offer. Dubn8tr 7 years It depends on where I go. If it's to New York or something, then yeah, I shop til I drop. But I'm going to Ocho Rios in September, and I don't plan on shopping one bit! Just soak up the sun, the facials, and the massages :-) flowidme 7 years definitely!!shopping is a must! liz26111 7 years It all depends on where I am. But I always buy postcards on vacation to put up in my otherwise boring, gray cube at work. rubialala 7 years It depends on where the vacation is. Like when we went to Disneyland I was shopping at Disneyland but I didn't make time to do "real" shopping like in the city. But when we drove down the coast, I was hunting for high end boutiques EVERY time we stopped because I love finding things that are unique, especially for my son. rlveronica 7 years Hell yeah. Ayla 7 years Of course it depends on where the vacation is, but I always like to take something with me back home. Not souvernis in particular, I prefer something else like shoes, jewellery or something to the house to remind me of that particular place. dior_show 7 years it depends where I am at. If I am in Europe or some other cultural center i will definatly take out some great time to shop, however if I am in some tropical island or at a beach getaway, 99% of the time shopping isnt my main thing CestLaVie 7 years I agree wurg megin, I will try to set aside one afternoon or some time on a dreary day when not much is going on to hit up some cute stores and shops to pick up a few things but that is it. mlen 7 years i usually devote one afternoon to shopping on vaca- no matter where i am! of course i places like london and italy its definitely more hardcore looking for fashion and stuff. in the islands, its more just strolling around the cute boutiques, looking for souveniers to bring back and maybe some good silver jewelry for cheap! smartypantssugar 7 years It totally depends. In NYC, definitely. In the islands, not so much. Of course, I picked up some trinkets and fun stuff for people at home, but I wanted to drink magaritas on the beach much more! vienvien 7 years Shopping is not a priority when I'm on vacation. I want to relax although shopping can be relaxing for me. But I want to enjoy the place more. I only shop for souvenirs or gifts to take home to friends and family.
