When Whitney Port shared a romantic snap of herself posing in a white strapless dress, the Internet kind of freaked out. Whitney's been engaged to Tim Rosenman since November 2013, and rumors began buzzing that they'd finally tied the knot. The star's 'gram was actually from her bridal party, where she slipped into an off-the-shoulder eyelet dress by Australian label Asilio and completed her look with pastel, gem-finished Sophia Webster pumps.

But that's not all — Whitney also talked to People Magazine about her actual wedding gown, and the inspiration behind her upcoming reception look. Read on to get all the details on her bridal party outfit, which we're really glad she shared — even if it did fake us out. Whitney wore an off-the-shoulder eyelet Asilio dress and Sophia Webster pumps, which had "Wifey For Lifey" written on the soles.

“I just wanted something fun and cute and lacy and white,” she added. “I felt like it was the right kind of thing to wear to a bridal shower," Whitney told People.

Whitney toasted with friends, sipping on Martini & Rossi cocktails. She showed off her dainty gold Lola James chain, provided by The Invisible Bridesmaid, which read "Mrs. Rosenman."

She accessorized with dainty Luna Skye jewelry, which also felt a bit edgy!

Whitney's gorgeous diamond engagement ring took front and center on her left hand.

Whitney's mint-colored Sophia Webster pumps featured a row of crystal-embellished beads on the heel.

While Whitney's bridal party dress was simple and boho-inspired, she called her wedding dress, "ornate," telling People, “Originally, when I first envisioned myself getting married, I envisioned myself in something very simple — like a little slip dress — like Cindy Crawford on the beach . . . It turned out to be very opposite of that … [There’s] a lot of detail."

As for whether or not she'll stay in the gown all night? “I have to see the [wedding] dress first to see if I feel like I’m going to want to be in it the entire night or not."
